More Than a Service Call
There’s a plumbing and HVAC company that clocks in, fixes the thing, and clocks out. And then there’s Embrich.
We build parade floats. We let kids honk the horn of a real excavator. Our owners have dressed as a toilet and toilet paper in public, and they’d do it again.
Community is one of our four core values, and we don’t just say that. Every year you’ll find us at local events, food drives, charity galas, and celebrations that have nothing to do with pipes and everything to do with the people we serve.
Community Events

Bobby’s Ice Cream (Maryville, IL)
We teamed up with Bobby’s Ice Cream for their annual Trunk or Treat and made sure to bring the energy. One of our trucks was loaded up with candy for the kids, while our owners, Jen and Del, were fully committed to the fun by dressing up as Poop and Toilet Paper. It’s the kind of event that’s all about showing personality, making people laugh, and giving families a reason to come out and enjoy the night together.
Kellsie’s Trees of Hope Gala – Kellsie’s Hope Foundation
Every December, we proudly support the Kellsie’s Hope Foundation by sponsoring a tree at the Trees of Hope Gala. It’s a meaningful way for us to give back during the holiday season while helping raise awareness and support for families in need. This event reminds us what the season is really about, showing up for our community in a real way.
Community Easter Hunt
Our annual Easter Hunt brings together families from Maryville and surrounding areas for a day that’s simple, fun, and full of energy. From kids running through the grass to parents connecting with neighbors, it’s all about creating moments people actually remember. We’re proud to help make it happen every year.
Night of Rockstars
Night of Rockstars is one of the most impactful events we’re part of. Each year, 10 to 12 incredible children with special needs are celebrated like the stars they are. It’s a night built around recognition, confidence, and pure joy, and we’re honored to play a role in making it unforgettable for these kids and their families.
Edwardsville’s Annual Touch A Truck Event, O’Fallon’s Touch A Truck Event
These events are always a hit. We show up with our dump truck and excavator, set up a booth packed with candy, and give kids the chance to climb in, honk the horn, and experience the equipment up close. We also run a giveaway for toy trucks, making it fun for the whole family. It’s loud, exciting, and exactly what kids love.
Moms on a Mission
Throughout December, we partnered with Moms on a Mission to make the holidays brighter for local families. Clients who donated a new, unopened toy received $25 off their service, turning everyday appointments into something bigger. It’s a simple idea that made a real impact.
Maryville’s Fireman’s Picnic Parade
We don’t just show up, we go all in. From building themed floats like last year’s Three Little Pigs and the Wolf to rolling through the parade with our branded trucks and handing out candy, this is one of our favorite traditions. It’s all about showing up big for the community and having a great time doing it.
Maryville/Troy/Saint Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce
We’re actively involved with the Maryville, Troy, Saint Jacob, and Marine Chambers of Commerce. Our brand ambassador attends monthly meetings to stay connected, build relationships, and look for ways to contribute. While we’re just getting started here, we’re excited about what’s ahead and the opportunities to support these communities even more.
Maryville Food Pantry
During November and December, we partnered with the Maryville Food Pantry to help stock shelves for families in need. Clients received $25 off their service for donating even a single canned food item. Small actions added up fast, and together, we made a real difference during the holiday season.
